Dr. Diane Stein, a Board Certified Child Neurologist, provides evaluation and treatment of general child neurologic concerns and specializes in seizures and complex epilepsy. Other interests include brain injury and diagnosis of cause for developmental delay.
We have an in office EEG recording - child and adult friendly, comfortable experience. Although the experience is easier than in some clincial settings, we still provide state of the art equipment such as Stellate EEG recording and monitoring system with Hydrodot Disposible EEG Biosensory system.
Dr. Stein has sublet part of the suite to a company which offers 1-2-3+ day EEG recordings with audio and video similar to those in the hospital - only better because they are set up in the office and recorded at home. This company also has patented head mounted pre-amp so that movement does not make the EEG unreadable. How great to allow a child to move around at home while getting overnight EEG recording done!
